Use this form to reserve your EXHIBIT HALL BOOTH SPACES for the 2023 AFHE CONVENTION. Please note: the Young Entrepreneur booth application will be a separate form released in February. There are also separate applications for sponsorships, non-exhibitor welcome bag inserts, and non-exhibitor advertising.

Curriculum publishers and homeschool-related businesses may apply here for the opportunity to participate in the 2023 AFHE Convention as an exhibitor.

You and your on-site representatives will be responsible for this information. We have provided this in order for your time at the AFHE Convention to run smoothly and successfully.

“Reaching Higher” (College Fair)

If you are an eligible college/university/trade school or related business and would like to request a table at our “Reaching Higher” College Fair on Thursday, July 13, please add that registration here. One table per vendor. Convention exhibitors receive $75 off their Reaching Higher table fee. Non-exhibitors wishing to reserve a Reaching Higher table may do so beginning January 30, 2023 by emailing collegefair@afhe.org.

Booth Notes & Other Information

Refer to the exhibit hall floor plan for booth numbers and exhibit hall layout (downloadable pdf at afhe.org/exhibitor-portal). You may indicate your top three preferences for booth location. We will do our best to honor booth preferences while also making sure that there is a good distribution of different types of exhibitors throughout the hall. Requesting a particular booth location does not guarantee that spot.

Please review the restrictions on music or sound from your booth on page 19 of the Exhibitor Information Packet. Sound must be low enough so as not to disrupt neighboring exhibitors.

Do you plan to distribute food or food samples from your booth? Does not include small individually wrapped mints or candies for attendees to enjoy at your booth. Please review guidelines pertaining to food distribution on page 20 of the Exhibitor Information Packet.

ALL PROGRAM ADVERTISING SPACE HAS BEEN SOLD. Ad copy must be received by April 30. Information about digital advertising in our mobile app and in workshop rooms will be shared with all vendors on our mailing list at a later date.

EXHIBITOR WORKSHOPS are SOLD OUT for 2023

Registered exhibitors have the opportunity to pay for an exhibitor workshop in one of the four curtained pavilions in the exhibit hall. Connect with your audience in a more in-depth, 60-minute presentation-style format. There is a maximum of two workshops per exhibitor, as space permits; initial approval will be for one workshop only. As we gauge demand, if you have requested a second exhibitor workshop it will be placed on an ordered list and invoiced separately if we determine that we are able to accommodate the request. (Deadline to apply is April 10, 2023.)

EXHIBITOR NAME BADGES – order extra badges here

EACH BOOTH SPACE RENTED COMES WITH THREE (3) NAME BADGES. Exhibitors with 3 or more booths will receive a maximum of 9 badges. Each person, adult or youth, working in your booth must either have an exhibitor name badge or be registered for the AFHE Convention. Please indicate here how many EXTRA exhibitor badges you need to order. NOTE: Extra exhibitor badges are provided at a charge of $50/adult or $10/youth.
Please provide first and last name for each adult representative that will be working in your booth. If you do not know who your reps will be at the time of application, please email them to vendors@afhe.org no later than June 12.
Please provide first and last name for each of your children ages 3 and up or any youth that will be working with you in your booth. If you do not have this information at the time of application, please email names to vendors@afhe.org no later than June 12.

SPANISH or ASL at your booth?

Will your booth have any representatives who speak Spanish or know ASL?
Will your booth offer materials for students or parent educators that are written or presented in Spanish?

PRIZE DONATION OPPORTUNITIES

As a means to encourage convention attendees to shop at exhibitor booths on-site during the weekend, AFHE hosts the Buy It Here! promotion. There is no expense or extra work for exhibitors. Learn more in the Exhibitor Information packet at afhe.org/exhibitor-portal. In addition to several $100 cash prizes that AFHE awards at our Buy It Here! prize drawing Saturday evening, we give away a number of items donated by our exhibitors, as described on page 14 of the Exhibitor Info Packet.

Applying to be an exhibitor for the AFHE Convention is a two-step process. First, submit this application. Second, your application will be reviewed and if approved, we will send you an invoice and payment instructions.
