2024 AFHE Convention Exhibitor Application

Use this form to reserve your EXHIBIT HALL BOOTH SPACES for the 2024 AFHE CONVENTION.

Please note: the Young Entrepreneur booth application will be a separate form released in February. There are also separate applications for sponsorships, non-exhibitor welcome bag inserts, and non-exhibitor advertising.

Curriculum publishers and homeschool-related businesses may apply here for the opportunity to participate in the 2024 AFHE Convention as an exhibitor.

2024 Exhibitor Application

ALL BOOTH SPACE FOR 2024 IS NOW SOLD OUT. APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER 4/8/24 WILL BE ADDED TO A WAITING LIST. Please read through the Exhibitor Information Packet at afhe.org/exhibitor-portal for details prior to completing the exhibitor application. You and your onsite representatives will be responsible for the information in the packet, which has been provided in order for you to have a smooth and successful experience at the AFHE Convention. Please note: Early registration rates ended on April 1. A late fee of $100 is now in effect.

The total estimated amount owed can be found at the bottom of this form. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation by email with an invoice and payment instructions.

TO APPLY FOR A SPOT ON THE WAITING LIST, please indicate your desired Booth Type (you will make specific selections in the following sections).

Late registration (April 2, 2024 and later) will incur a $100 late fee ($200 for large booth blocks).

Refer to the draft layout for booth numbers and exhibit hall floor plan (afhe.org/exhibitor-portal). You may indicate up to three preferences for booth location. We will do our best to honor booth preferences while also making sure that there is a good distribution of different types of exhibitors throughout the hall. Requesting a particular booth location does not guarantee that spot. Please note that the draft layout is not updated to show current availability; all booth assignments remain tentative until publication in April 2024.

Amount of Time Needed for Booth Set-Up
Please provide an estimate of how long it takes to set up your booth.
Music / Sound at Your Booth
Please review the guidelines about music or sound from your booth on page 21 of the Exhibitor Information Packet. Sound must be kept low enough so as not to disrupt neighboring exhibitors.
Food Sample Distribution
Do you plan to distribute food or food samples from your booth? Please review guidelines pertaining to food distribution on page 22 of the Exhibitor Information Packet.


Registered exhibitors have the opportunity to advertise in the welcome bags distributed to attendees at check-in. Prices below show the discount rates for registered exhibitors; prices are unchanged from 2023. DEADLINE to order/pay is May 24, 2024.

SOLD OUT FOR 2024! Registered exhibitors have the opportunity to pay for an exhibitor workshop in one of the four curtained pavilions in the exhibit hall. Connect with interested attendees in a more in-depth, 60-minute presentation format. One workshop per exhibitor, subject to approval, but you may request to be placed on a waiting list if there is availability for a second workshop time.

EXHIBITOR NAME BADGES – order extra badges here

EACH BOOTH SPACE RENTED COMES WITH THREE (3) NAME BADGES. Exhibitors with 3 or more booths will receive a maximum of 9 badges. Each person, adult or youth, working in your booth must either have an exhibitor name badge or be registered for the AFHE Convention. Please indicate here how many EXTRA exhibitor badges you need to purchase.

Will your booth offer materials for students or parent educators that are written or presented in Spanish? (intended to serve Spanish speakers)


As a means to encourage convention attendees to shop at exhibitor booths on-site during the weekend, AFHE hosts the Buy It Here! promotion. There is no expense or extra work for exhibitors. Learn more in the Exhibitor Information Packet on page 12. AFHE will give away a number of items donated by our exhibitors.

Applying to be an exhibitor for the AFHE Convention is a two-step process. First, submit this application. Second, AFHE will review your application; if approved, we will send you an invoice and payment instructions. NO PAYMENT IS COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE $100 DEPOSIT FOR NEW EXHIBITORS.
