Graduation Ad Signup

Please include your ad image below. Images should be in one of the following formats: JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, GIF. Image should be 9:16 ratio. Suggested size is 2160 x 3840 with a quality at 96 dpi. File size should be less than 50kb.

1. I have legal ownership or explicit permission to use any photographic content (“Content”) that I upload through this form.
2. I understand and acknowledge that unauthorized use of copyrighted material is illegal and may result in legal action.
3. I indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Families for Home Education (AFHE) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the use of the Content I upload.
4. I understand that AFHE reserves the right to remove any Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights without prior notice.
5. I understand that any Content I upload may be publicly displayed on AFHE’s ad kiosks, website, and associated promotional materials.
6. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with AFHE’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. I understand that AFHE may take appropriate legal action against me if I upload Content that infringes upon the rights of others.
8. I understand that AFHE reserves the right to refuse any ad submitted.  If an ad gets refused you will receive a full refund.
9. I understand that AFHE reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Let the whole homeschool community know how proud you are of your graduate. At the same time encourage other homeschool families by letting them know its possible to homeschool through high school.
