Advertising Order – Convention Program

Use this form to order advertising space in the printed program for AFHE’s annual convention. We are currently taking orders for the 2024 convention program. Orders submitted must be evaluated and approved by the AFHE Convention Director before inclusion in the program.

NOTE: This application form is for program advertisers who are NOT convention exhibitors. Those who are reserving a booth at the AFHE Convention should include their advertising order on the booth application form.
