  1. I have reviewed the advertising guidelines in the AFHE Media Kit (p. 4) and understand the following: Advertisements must support the AFHE vision of parent-directed, privately funded, home-based education. Advertisements promoting schools (public or private) or taxpayer funded education programs will not be accepted.
  2. I have legal ownership or explicit permission to use any photographic content (“Content”) that I upload through this form.
  3. I understand and acknowledge that unauthorized use of copyrighted material is illegal and may result in legal action.
  4. I indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Families for Home Education (AFHE) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the use of the Content I upload.
  5. I understand that AFHE reserves the right to remove any Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights without prior notice.
  6. I understand that any Content I upload may be publicly displayed on AFHE’s ad kiosks, website, and associated promotional materials.
  7. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with AFHE’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  8. I understand that AFHE may take appropriate legal action against me if I upload Content that infringes upon the rights of others.
  9. I understand that AFHE reserves the right to refuse any ad submitted.  If an ad is refused, a full refund will be issued.
  10. I understand that AFHE reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Once you submit this form our team will review your ad for adherence to file specs and content guidelines.  If approved, you will receive an invoice at the email you provided.  Please pay the invoice as soon as possible.  Once we have payment your ad will be included on our convention ad kiosks.
